Un ambiente casareccio nelle spedite campagne etrusche, fuori dal tram tram della costa, informale e molto carino dentro, luci soffuse una bella atmosfera data anche dal camino a vista dove cuociono le carni. Antipasti veramente ottimi e abbondanti con diversi salumi e fantastiche bruschette condite con verdure e affettati oltre che le classiche, la carne è veramente ottima e maneggiata da mani esperte, consiglio i fegatelli di maiale strepitosi !!! I dolci freschi e molto buoni, prezzi un pelo sotto la norma ma vista la qualità del cibo e del servizio (veramente ottimo il servizio) risultano più bassi di quel che uno si dovrebbe aspettare. Una piccola oasi dove rifocillarsi. Unico neo i tavoli dovrebbero ( a mio modestissimo parere) essere un pò meno x garantire un pò più di privacy. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a pranzo in aprile io e il mio fidanzato ,Bellissima esperienza ,il cibo semplice con attenzione per i prodotti di stagione i prodotti di qualità e cucinati sapientemente è stato tutto impeccabile dall’antipasto al dolce ,abbiamo preso un‘antipasto della casa ,un primo fettuccine carciofi e guanciale ,una fiorentina di chianina , due fegatelli e una salsiccia di fegato il tutto cotto alla perfezione su brace di legna ,poi patate al forno e una cicoria ,il dolce un millefoglie crema chantilly e fragole molto buono e fresco ,ritorneremo di sicuro per fortuna abitiamo a mezz’ora di macchina consiglio a chi cerca un posto dove mangiare di qualità.

Carne ottima cottura eccellente, servizio sempre al top per gentilezza e professionalità, non occorre guardare il menù qualsiasi cosa è speciale ma se proprio vuoi raggiungere il massimo non devi privarti della loro tartare e dei loro fegatini alla brace difficilissimo trovare una cottura come la loro

La qualità delle carni è eccezionale: ogni piatto esalta la freschezza degli ingredienti e si sente la cura nella selezione delle materie prime. Il servizio è sempre cordiale e attento, pronto a consigliare senza essere invadente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi onesti. Un ristorante che merita di essere provato e ri-provato!"

Locale grande, accogliente, spartano, con una grande brace e un frigo a vista con diversi tagli di carne. Il servizio é veloce e il personale gentile. I primi piatti sono davvero ottimi, abbondanti e hanno quel sapore ricercato di tradizione. La carne può essere scelta direttamente prima del taglio. Consigliato tutto, ma non perdete il tiramisù. Parcheggio interno.
